APRIL 2026 MANHATTAN MONTHLY TAKE |

|
|
Manhattan's luxury market continues to weather storms. Last week, 33 contracts were signed for properties priced at $4 million and above, which is 4 more than the previous week. Condominiums outsold cooperatives by a significant margin of 23 to 5, with 5 townhouses also sold.
Despite ongoing challenges, such as the war in Iran, increasing mortgage rates, and a decline in the stock market, the luxury market has remained stable. In fact, the first quarter of Manhattan's luxury real estate market is on track to be the 4th best performance in the past decade.
