With the exception of the luxury market, which has shown great strength in the last few months, what we are seeing lately is a hesitation among many homebuyers. These buyers are taking a "wait and see" approach due to factors like interest rates, economic uncertainty, and pricing. However, this pause creates opportunity for others, especially those focused on quality and long-term value, and the ability to capitalize in an environment with less competition.


Construction and renovation costs are rising, with upcoming new developments priced significantly higher tha existing inventory, making today's homes comparatively more affordable.


On a broader level, New York City continues to assert its global dominance. It was ranked the #1 city in the world for 2025 by Oxford Economics' Global Cities Index, evaluated across exonomics, humanl capital, quality of life, environment, and governance.
